This is to announce that ELKOM SDN BHD has disposed all the shares in TAMAM ELEKTRİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., a company incorporated in the Republic of Turkiye on the 11th of March 2025 and accordingly ELKOM SDN BHD has no more interest in and affairs with TAMAM ELEKTRİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş.
